About the author...

Born in 1974 near London, James Cooper has spent much of the last 20 years studying, practicing and teaching various healthcare systems including classical yoga, natural hygiene and internal martial arts. He currently splits his time between the south coast of England and Goa.

During a 1992 trip to Rishikesh, India, James became aware of the enormous benefits of truly healthy eating and became a vegetarian. In the same year he began to fuse both classical Indian and Chinese healthcare systems (chi kung and yoga) into his daily exercise routine, a practice he still enthusiastically pursues today.

James continues to impart the most concise and important healthcare information to as many people as possible. His philosophy is based on simplicity, balance and honesty.
