Do I have to stop eating all junk food to get healthier?

No, although if you are sick it is a good idea completely clean up your eating habits, at least until you get better. Cutting out the really damaging foods and drinks and replacing them with healthy alternatives is a good start.

My child only likes junk food, what can I do?

Firstly you can try to explain why living off junk food is a bad idea in a way that they can relate to.

I live on a very low income, how can I afford to eat healthy food?

It can actually be cheaper to eat only healthy food. Being careful about what you buy, where you buy it from and when you buy it will always save you money. For instance, avoiding pre-packaged food and buying organic fruit and vegetables from a local box delivery scheme will save money as will eating seasonal, local produce and visiting the local supermarket half an hour before closing, to take advantage of the discounts on fresh foods that are approaching their sell-by date (but still within their use-by date).
